1. What airport to depart from
You can fly from several airports in Switzerland. The stay includes a departure from Geneva, Zurich or Basel - Mühlhausen. When you book your all-inclusive trip to Canada, you will be able to choose from these departure destinations and include the plane ticket in the price of your stay.
2. How to fly to Canada

• To get to the Charlevoix region in eastern Canada, you can fly to the airports of Montreal or Québec.
• The flight between Switzerland and Canada lasts an average of 8 hours. For example, the flight time from Geneva to Montreal is 8 hr 05 min.
• If you choose our package with transport, both the outward and return transfers between the airport of Québec or Montreal and the Québec Charlevoix Resort are included.

3. Arrival airports
As the Resort is located in eastern Canada, the nearest airports are Québec City and Montreal.

• Québec City airport is 1 hr 30 from the Resort
• Montreal is 3 hrs 25 mins away.

These two main airports in eastern Canada run flights from many airports across Switzerland and Europe. Once you arrive on Canadian soil, you can get to the Resort using a transfer service which is included in your package if you book flights with Club Med.

During an all-inclusive trip to Canada, you will have the opportunity to enjoy many services that are included in the price of the stay or available as an extra, and also activities starting from Charlevoix.
Your all-inclusive trip to Canada includes a full board package. You will be able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, included in the price of your stay. Whether you choose to book your all-inclusive trip to Canada in winter or summer, it always includes plenty of activities.
When winter arrives and snow falls on the Charlevoix region, the mountains become perfect places for family adventures. You can enjoy many activities on site. During your holiday in Canada, your children will have the opportunity to learn multiple sports with lessons in hiking, snowboarding and downhill skiing as well as sessions on the Resort's ice rink.
Group lessons and a multi-sports teen package enable them to discover numerous different sports. The Resort also has a cardio training room, a fitness room and a swimming pool. This means you can continue to keep in shape during your trip to Canada. These services are included in the price of your stay. Last but not least, if you like lively holidays, the Resort always offers regular entertainment.

During your family trip to Canada, there are all kinds of services even for your youngest children. A Baby Club with creative workshops and early learning games accommodates children from 4 months old. This is not included in the price of your stay at the Québec Charlevoix Club Med. If you want to enjoy a date night or enjoy some alone time, book the Baby Club service which is available for an extra fee. Please note, places are limited!

While Québec is a hotbed for winter sports and walks in the heart of incredible landscapes, fine dining is also a massive attraction.
In the Resort's restaurants, you will get the chance to sample food typical of Eastern Canada. As well as offering you the best Canadian produce, our establishments have breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
For a more intimate experience or an evening with friends, why not meet in one of the Resort's two bars. Enjoy a moment of relaxation above the slopes. To ensure you get a place for dinner or lunch in one of our establishments, book a table at the Resort’s reception area.

• You won’t need to burden yourself with all your ski gear when you go to Canada. Helmets, boots, skis and snowboards are also available for rental at your Québec Charlevoix Club Med Resort. The boards and skis are available in various sizes and for different levels, for the whole family.
• You can also rent snowshoes for a hike in the Grands-Jardins National Park or the Palissades de Charlevoix park.
• If you want an activity that will delight the whole family, book a day on a toboggan run and enjoy gliding down the slopes.
• After exploring the Canadian countryside, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation in the Resort's spa, sauna or hammam. Because your trip to Canada is meant to be restful, you can alternate between discovering new things and relaxation.
