If 50% of the ski lifts close due to a lack of snow for 2 consecutive days in the resort where you are about to stay or during your stay, you can request to be accommodated in a Club Med Resort where the snow is more abundant, subject to availability.

*Conditions of Snow Serenity by Club Med
Within the 5 days before your departure or during your stay, you can request to be accommodated in another of our 14 Resorts in the Alps. Your initial stay will be modified at no cost under following conditions:

• Subject to availability in the replacement Resort
• Same week and same length of stay, same room category, depending on availability
• No additional charges if the new stay is more expensive
• Refund of the price difference if the new stay is less expensive
  (Refund of additional or à la carte services if they are not available in the new Resort)
• The availability of additional or à la carte services, including Baby Club Med and Petit Club Med, is not guaranteed
• Eventual flight modification fees and transfers to the new resort are at your own expense

Resort transfers from Lyon airport can be arranged (at extra cost) with Club Med;

Terms & Conditions of the Club Med & Hotel Dieu partnership in Lyon- FR:
Customers booking one (1) or more nights at the InterContinental Lyon - Hotel Dieu (‘Hotel Dieu’), using the identification code CLUBMEDxICLYON, for the period of stay from 02 September 2024 to 30 December 2025, will be entitled to the following benefits offered by Hotel Dieu:

• 1 (one) voucher for access to Le Dôme Bar, including a hot drink from the Club Med menu and a chef's pastry of the hotel's choice, for each guest on the booking;
• Free upgrade to a higher category than the one booked, according to Hotel Dieu's availability at the time of check-in;
• VIP welcome kit in the room booked, including 1 (one) bottle of champagne, 1 (one) chocolate bar and 1 (one) gift for children (subject to availability).
