小学生の息子とその友達家族と、シーズンオープン日から2泊しました。カニ、マグロ解体、ステーキ、花火、樽酒の鏡開き、オープニングの喜びとサービスに驚きと感動の連続️。
そして、本当に素晴らしいGOと呼ばれるスタッフのホスピタリティ。初めて会うGOも多かったけど、またそこで、新しい家族を作ることができました。

Albert (Family GO)
いつも笑顔で心からのおもてなしの気持ちがいっぱい伝わります。彼の顔を久しぶりに見た時、嬉しくて涙が出て来ました。夜は、子供達をステージに連れて行ってくれて踊り、昼間は仕事の合間に、息子のチェスの相手をしてくれて、、本当にたくさん素晴らしい思い出をいただきました。

Hafiz(reception GO)
レセプションで本当に暖かくお迎えくださり、一気にいろんな不安が吹き飛びました。焼肉のハクレストランも、彼のおかげで予約を入れることができました！夜はステージでキレキレダンス！かっこよくて素敵でした

Courtney (DJ GO)
かっこよくて美しい女性DJを、娘と呼べるほどに仲良くなれるとは！彼女の人に接する時の思いやりあふれる態度と、真っ直ぐに物事を受け止めてくれる姿勢は本当に美しいと感じました。音楽もダンスも最高でした！

Venny (kids GO)
子供をティーンズクラブにあずけて出会うことができた、新しい友達。二日目の夜はステージセンターで、キレキレダンスを披露してくれました。一緒にたくさん笑うことができました！

Dolphin (bar GO)
彼はとにかく盛り上げ隊長！仕事も早いし音や声でバーカウンターの内側にいても、存在感はステージの上。本当に楽しませてくれました️

Jonathan(porter GE)
いつも大きな優しい笑顔で出迎えてくれる私のビッグブラザー。スーツケース3個ぐらい片手で運べるんじゃないか、と思えるような存在感と優しさで今回もいっぱい癒してくださいました️

Retzy (restaurant GO)
流暢に日本語が話せて、とても丁寧で気配り上手。またお会いできて最高嬉しかったです。

Mahen(food &beverage manager)
今回もまた、胃袋がっつり掴まれて、食べ過ぎて大変でした。視覚から聴覚からの五感を満足させられて、さらに高級感と臨場感でアドレナリン全開で食事を楽しむことができました！
あんなに沢山の種類をどうやって準備するのか、マジックとしか思えません️

After experiencing bad experience in Guilin, China, we didn’t expect much from Club Med Tomamu at the beginning. Totally unexpected, the whole family were very very happy, including my elderly parents. The best thing was the natural environment and the relaxing vibe of the resort. We did have a good time and were well-treated with great food. In addition, the service team was very helpful and friendly.

I really had a wonderful vacation at Club Med Tomamu. Thank u for all the GO that I met. They all treat us like family!

The chief of Village Zack is really hype, I enjoyed to watch him bring all of us to the dance mode every night! That was really fun! Especially thx to Go team Doris,Cinda, Una Cara Kimi, Yuki, Gabriel, and my snowboarding coach Thomas( Not sure if I spell everyone’s name right or not. ^^”)They are really kind and always come with this lovely smile.

Not only me and kids can learn snowboad and ski there, but also we all make some good friends there. BTW, every meals we ante there was anmazing! Our family all had a goog time there. We’ll definitely visit it again! :)
