Your Great Members loyalty program has evolved in 2025

No more waiting for the end of your stay to benefit from your privileges: your status and benefits are activated as soon as you book, allowing you to benefit from them instantly and during your next stays.

Your points are valid from the confirmation of your reservation and up to two years after your stay.

The further in advance you book your stay, the longer your points remain valid.

So, if you book your stay a year in advance, you accumulate your points at the time of your reservation and they remain valid for 3 years.

Thanks to your booking reservations and simple actions (Resort spending, sponsorship, train packages, etc.), you can easily accumulate points - unlock the following statuses and enjoy the benefits from your next stays.

For every €100 spent on your reservation or at a Resort, you will now receive 100 loyalty points.

Our point scales are evolving, and thanks to the new conversion system you can reach your next status more quickly.

In addition, the point thresholds for each status become more accessible.

• Turquoise: from the first reservation (previously: after the first stay).
• Silver: 15,000 points (previously: 20,000 points)
• Gold: 50,000 points
• Platinum: 95,000 points (previously: 100,000 points)

We are adding new surprises and redefined benefits for all our Great Members, which you will discover very soon. With these revisited benefits, we want your loyalty program to support you during your stay in a Resort and throughout the year.

If your stay begins before January 16, 2025, you will benefit from the advantages of the loyalty program currently in force.
