Club med has been an amazing experience for me and my family.
The first thing I would like to mention is that teens club is an amazing experience that every teen should try , this fabulous place includes many activities such as sports ,water parks ,swimming pools , archery,laser tag and so much more. The next thing that was amazing was the entertainment that was shown throughout the day such as foam parties , shows,pool parties and so much more. The actors and performers had so much humor and put their all into everything. The food was amazing.
The rooms and facilities were great and very clean . I would like to thank aum for being an amazing teens club manager as well as her other supervisors.
Also I would like to thank cherpame for her amazing bar skills at the bar.
The last I would like to mention is that the staff were all very kind , helpful , lovely and always had a smile on their face .
This hotel has been an amazing experience for me and my family and also I would like to thank all the other staff that accompanied me while experiencing all of the fun.

It was an excellent stay for all of us. The buffet is really good, excellent quality, great chef and great service. Our baby had his purée food every day and the staff always remember. Special thanks to Maxime, Ali, Aurélien, Ayoub, Aum & Owen

Perfect resort in my view. Excellent fun and friendly staff, service was excellent and we were well looked after in all areas of the resort. Special thanks to Owen in main restaurant area as he looked after any requests I asked and loved just having a great chat to. And also in the Zen pool area where I spent alot of my time staff/bar member Roongring was exceptional and I never had to ask for another drink 🍸 as she was always on top of it and brought me a new drink when she sees I was empty without me asking! If you do come to Zen and get looked after great please show her your appreciation!!
Overall well worth staying here, a great relaxing trip!

We’ve stayed at Club Med two years in a row now, and one of the main reasons we returned was the incredible care and energy from the amazing G.Os who look after the kids.

Last year, we were lucky to have Ayoub, who left such a lasting impression on our whole family. He was so fantastic with the kids—genuinely kind, fun, and attentive—that he became a highlight of our stay. This year, although he had moved into a different role, he still remembered us and went out of his way to greet us with the same warmth and friendliness. That kind of personal connection really sets Club Med apart.

This year, we were equally lucky to have Aum looking after the kids—and she was absolutely amazing! So engaging, so full of energy, and so creative with the activities. The kids loved every minute with her and couldn’t wait to go back each day.

Club Med truly has a special team. The G.Os here are not just staff—they feel like extended family. A huge thank you to Ayoub, Aum, and the entire team for making both our stays so memorable. We can’t wait to come back again!

Great options here, first time we have done club med as a family, but kids really enjoyed the facilities and activities. We have. children with allergies and whilst this limited options the chefs were excellent in helping to provide suitable alternatives and even cooking bespoke dishes for our kids. The sports activity options were good, but there wasn't much to get involved in by way of group activities. If you were a solo participant it was hard to get involved and find games (other than the group sports).
