Great Club Med, nice team, goto the Spa!
5/5 • 2025/06/08This is a very nice location. The team is very welcoming and organized. I really liked the food (variety, healthy choices, local food, cultural experience and service). I was impressed by the quality of services at the Spa. Kudos to Angie for her professionalism and expertise. Very relaxing and interesting vacation.

First time Club Med, Won’t be the last!
5/5 • 2025/06/08We had the best time at Club Med Cancún. Beautiful views, great food, fun atmosphere, and amazing staff. We could not be happier with our Mini Club experience. Huge shout out to Raf and LouLou from the 6-7 age group! They are absolute rockstars and made my kiddos whole summer.

5/5 • 2025/06/06I stayed at club med in Cancun, Mexico and while I was there two employees angel and alonso worked at the bar every night and gave me and my friends an amazing time. From drink suggestions to wide smiles they made my vacation 100 times better. Another employee, Leo, always said hi to me and showed me around the resort when I first arrived. Thanks to these three my trip was amazing and I would love to come back simply because of them.

ORLANDO and LEIDI are top notch employees
4/5 • 2025/06/06Our family has been going to Club Med’s for many years. This is our 5th time at Club Med Cancun. The years have taken its toll on this resort but it is the GO’s and the resort workers that keep us coming back. I would like to give praise to two restaurant workers in particular. Both Orlando and Leidi made our family vacation special. They learned it was a 90th birthday for a family member, and they went ALL out…cake, decorations and even singing Happy Birthday! I hope they get the recognition they deserve. ORLANDO and LEIDI are very special. Thank you!!!

Excellent resort
5/5 • 2025/06/06Outstanding service, especially during meals with orlando and leidi.
I did have a problem with my toilet but I reported it and it was promptly fixed. All of the staff are extremely friendly.
I very much recommend this club med. The food was good too.

The resort has a resident nurse.
Mosquitos can transmit certain viral or parasitic diseases, so the use of mosquito repellents for the skin and clothing is recommended.
The risk of the minor form of malaria (vivax) is present only in certain relatively remote zones far from the resort, so you do not need to take anti-malaria drugs.
