5/5 • 6/7/2025小学生の息子とその友達家族と、シーズンオープン日から2泊しました。カニ、マグロ解体、ステーキ、花火、樽酒の鏡開き、オープニングの喜びとサービスに驚きと感動の連続️。
そして、本当に素晴らしいGOと呼ばれるスタッフのホスピタリティ。初めて会うGOも多かったけど、またそこで、新しい家族を作ることができました。

Excellent natural environment, well-maintained resort, good food, and exceptional service.
4/5 • 6/5/2025After experiencing bad experience in Guilin, China, we didn’t expect much from Club Med Tomamu at the beginning. Totally unexpected, the whole family were very very happy, including my elderly parents. The best thing was the natural environment and the relaxing vibe of the resort. We did have a good time and were well-treated with great food. In addition, the service team was very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience in Club Med Tomamu
5/5 • 3/30/2025I really had a wonderful vacation at Club Med Tomamu. Thank u for all the GO that I met. They all treat us like family!
The chief of Village Zack is really hype, I enjoyed to watch him bring all of us to the dance mode every night! That was really fun! Especially thx to Go team Doris,Cinda, Una Cara Kimi, Yuki, Gabriel, and my snowboarding coach Thomas( Not sure if I spell everyone’s name right or not. ^^”)They are really kind and always come with this lovely smile.
Not only me and kids can learn snowboad and ski there, but also we all make some good friends there. BTW, every meals we ante there was anmazing! Our family all had a goog time there. We’ll definitely visit it again! :)

Upon arrival, head to registration location above. We ask our guests to meet up again at the registration desk 15 minutes before departure time.
*Luggage cloak is not available at the registration desk.
Please note that waiting time for your transfer from the airport to the resort may be up to 120 minutes.

Transfers from/to JR Tomamu Station
Free transfer service is available for all guests.
The collective transfer schedules cover the trains from/to Sapporo/New-chitose.

Tomamu Ski Mountains
Neighboring to untouched nature, Tomamu is best known for it's silky snow that surpasses powder. The slopes that are located front of the resort provides a wide range of 29 courses for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. In addition to our activities and easy access to various facilities, Tomamu is the destination to enjoy the most out of beautiful Hokkaido winters.

Ski lift passes
Ski lift passes are included for all Club Med snow resort stays. Guests with an air package (flights and stays booked with Club Med) and resort arrival before 2pm, lift passes will be included from arrival※ to departure. All other guests (stay with transfer to resort or stay only), lift passes will be included the day after arrival.
