After your arrival to the airport, please come to the arrival lobby (first floor). Our staff will guide you to the shuttle bus/car.
※Transfer will be mixed use with other customers. In case of low occupancy, please note taxi use will be the alternative case.

Club Med shared counter located between arrival gates 4 and 5, level 1F (JAL arrival area)
Upon arrival, head to registration location above. We ask our guests to meet up again at the registration desk 15 minutes before departure time.
*Luggage cloak is not available at the registration desk.
Please note that waiting time for your transfer from the airport to the resort may be up to 120 minutes.
Meet our Club Med representative at the Club Med counter located on arrival floor, level 1F. Our Club Med representative will assist you to your transfer.
