This is my second visit and I join the ski class with Tan , I had a great time ski with her.
Great team from front office to housekeeping , kid clubs and housekeeping team they are all willing to help you and do the maximum that they can.

Upon arrival, head to registration location above. We ask our guests to meet up again at the registration desk 15 minutes before departure time.
*Luggage cloak is not available at the registration desk.
Please note that waiting time for your transfer from the airport to the resort may be up to 120 minutes.

Meet our Club Med representative at the Club Med counter located on arrival floor, level 1F. Our Club Med representative will assist you to your transfer.

The collective transfer schedules cover the trains from/to Sapporo/New-chitose.
Our driver holding a Club Med sign will greet all customers upon arrival at the station exist.

*As there are no station attendants at Tomamu station, please make sure to purchase return tickets in advance.
