Beidahu China

Wonderful ski holiday (our first one in China). Specially thanks to Miya of the Mini Club who was so much attention to details and gave our boy the full attentions he needs to keep him in good wellness and happiness. This is the kind of service we would not get elsewhere.

I hope we get a chance to come back for future holiday.

What makes the place great are the GOs and the ski/ snowboard instructors, specially, Frank, Thomas and Ben who were very encouraging and helpful to beginners like us. The team at the Ski Hall was very friendly too and makes one feel at home. As the resort starts received more international tourists, it would be great if front line employees may all speak a little English. The food requires some variety as well as not all guests are accustomed to local cuisine.

second time here and a very enjoyable experience all thanks to the wonderful GO team, Lena, Leona, Allen, William, Lucas, Nico. I had an all inclusive trip and everything was well planned and arranged from start till the end. Lena has made my trip so enjoyable, its a new friendship forged

And I enjoy the shows at night all thanks to the effort from Allen and team. Allen has done very well in hyping up the atmosphere!

I felt right at home the minute I walked into Club Med Beidahu. The GOs and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the super fluffy comforter! And I appreciated the humidifier in the room.

Food choice in the Lodge restaurant was excellent, ranging from Chinese, Asian and many delicious Western dishes. I wish I could eat more!

The skiing was great. The slopes were wide and with all the trails for all skill levels. Emergency facilities such as helicopter and snowmobile were available onsight. Gears and clothings, except for goggle and gloves, were available for rent. After nearly 40 years of not skiing, I took a beginners' lesson. Although I was put in a Chinese-speaking class, I did not have any problem understanding the instructor at all as he was very illustrative and attentive in his teaching method. Plus I had a lot of help from fellow students from Singapore and Malaysia.

Overall, this was a wonderful ski vacation. And I will definitely visit Club Med Beidahu again.
