Marrakech La Palmeraie Morocco

Astou is truly a gem. I work in customer service myself so I know how rare it is to come across someone with such natural warmth and instinct. She has it in her blood. The way she interacts, the way she listens, and how effortlessly she makes you feel welcome.
People like her are made for this, and I have no doubt she’ll go far. She made my visit to La boutique feel special and I left with a smile thanks to her. Thank you, Astou — keep shining!

Great resort. Lots of activities and opportunities to meet others at the bars and pools and events. Julie at the trapeze was excellent and it was a brilliant experience. Mourad at the dinner service was lovely and made our children very welcome despite us not speaking much French.

The rooms were good and kept very clean.

Staff were all friendly and helpful considering our lack of French ability!

Food standards were high. With an amazing variety available.

We loved our stay at this club med…the place is beautiful, food is great, our son had a lot of fun at the petit club and I loved the yoga classes with Flore - she is really energetic and positive - I definitely advice to start the day with her class!
