Tomamu Hokkaido JAPÃO

I really had a wonderful vacation at Club Med Tomamu. Thank u for all the GO that I met. They all treat us like family!

The chief of Village Zack is really hype, I enjoyed to watch him bring all of us to the dance mode every night! That was really fun! Especially thx to Go team Doris,Cinda, Una Cara Kimi, Yuki, Gabriel, and my snowboarding coach Thomas( Not sure if I spell everyone’s name right or not. ^^”)They are really kind and always come with this lovely smile.

Not only me and kids can learn snowboad and ski there, but also we all make some good friends there. BTW, every meals we ante there was anmazing! Our family all had a goog time there. We’ll definitely visit it again! :)

Someone decided to delete my comment, so I took it upon myself to write another one. The skiing was really fun, and the activities were great too. The GO for Teens Club staff were really nice—shoutout to Mathew and Vanny, who were absolutely amazing and actually managed to put up with my less-than-ideal attitude. I loved hanging out in the teens group because we had so many activities, and overall, it was just a really fun experience.

That said, some instructors were not my favorite. For example, there was this one person named Patrick (or something like that) who had a bit of an ego. Patrick, if you’re reading this, I don’t really care, but I just don’t vibe with overly extroverted people who brag a lot and judge other instructors. Most of the time, I had classes with Cici or Benjamin, and they were great—especially if you’re more introverted around people you’ve just met and need to vent a little about others.

Seriously, though, don’t request Patrick—he’s an absolute pain. Oh, and Patrick, if you’re going to claim you made me so much better, no, it wasn’t you—it was my private coaches. Just saying.

One of the best resorts I have ever been to. It's my second time here, but the first time in the winter. The experience is amazing each and every time, and the service is above any expectations. I am especially grateful to the F&B team, Mahen, Vichy, Carlos, for the excellent service, professionalism and such a positive, welcoming attitude. What you do is amazing ❤️ Thank you to Kaya and Petra for the awesome ski lessons.

Thank you for the incredible hospitality and care we received during our stay. As regular guest, we always look forward to coming back, and this trip was even more special because it was the first time for our friends. Thanks to your amazing team, they had an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Club Med Tomamu.

A special thank you to Mahen, Vinchy, Toddy, Nathan, Dophin, and many more for your exceptional hospitality. You accommodated our last-minute changes to celebrate Evan and Hank birthday. Your kindness and attentiveness made our stay comfortable and memorable.

I also want to extend my gratitude to Rory for being an outstanding ski instructor. His patience (helping and guiding everyone in the team), expertise, and enthusiasm made our skiing experience both enjoyable and enriching. His guidance truly helped us build confidence in the slopes.

A heartfelt thank you to Jessie, Miku, Lucas, Toxmas, and Flo, as well as the entire Mini Club team, for taking such wonderful care of Evan and Leia. They had an amazing time learning skiing tips and enjoying their time out on the slopes and indoors. Knowing they were in such capable and caring hands allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our time at the resort.

This trip was truly enjoyable. We had good snow, great instructors, great hospitality, and our friends were blown away by the experience. Thanks again for everything. We can’t wait to return!
