We great times during stay at Club Med, everything had exceeded our expectations. Definitively a place to go in family, in our case, with kids between 7 and 9.
Check-in was quick and team supportive. The hotel is pretty new, very integrated structure for all areas. Food was delicious, with great options in very tasty options.
Night shows were very special, great team presenting different type of performances. Fitness area is modern with very nice professionals give classes.
Ski area is really nice, with good combination of training areas and bigger mountains. Kids ski lessons were very effective and enjoyable. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Maggie and Yuri from the circus team were amazing! They helped created amazing memories for my 9 year old daughter. Circus was the favorite part of the trip because they were so nice to her!!

We truly were blown away with our stay at ClubMed Charlevoix! Special mentions to Vitalina, Zach, Jérémie, Yuri and DJ Dre!

The food here is to die for! The buffet always served hot, gourmet, delicious meals and displayed stunning desert tables. Their Special Easter Chocolates were almost too perfect to eat! Daily snacks in the main area and speciality BBQs, ect. Exceded our expectations. Vitalina always made sure we were taken care of and enjoying our meals!

The bar staff constantly curated premium cocktails. Jérémie and Zach created custom cocktails for us and never left our glasses empty. The cave (wine cellar) was a bit disappointing as we wanted to do a wine tasting but groups of 4 were required and came at a fee or $500 however the drinks at the bar were top shelf and delicious.

Although we didn’t have much interaction with Yuri we felt she deserves a special shout out too! She truly loves her job and it shows. She is great with the kids learning new acrobatic skills and is a top performer in the evening shows. She is extremely talented and we throughly enjoyed watching her in action!

DJ Dre was a very good DJ! After requesting a genre our first night, DJ Dre made sure to shout us out every night, play the genre and made us feel like he was our personal DJ at the resort! Thanks for the good tunes!

Other things to note…
If you enjoy fitness - their fitness studios and programs are amazing, clean and instructors are great!

Kids-We went on Easter weekend so there may be more kids than usual. We weren’t phased at all but if you are looking for a romantic/adult time vacation, this may not be your spot. Kids club looked fun though and made us regret not bringing our little guy with us.

Outdoor activities- skis/snowboards can be rented and you can request guides or instructors for the ski season we chose to do a hike which you can also do with a guide or individually. Spikes for your shoes are also provided and recommended! The trails up the mountain are amazing and the gondola pass is included!

We just got back from spending 5 days at Club Med Charlevoix. We had been wanting to go since it opened and finally made it happen this year.

We loved it so much we are already planning our next visit sometime this summer, and certainly again next winter!

I want to give a special shout out to the circus staff, more specifically Maggie, Yuri and also Emrick.

Our 9 year old daughter fell in love with the morning and afternoon kids circus activities hosted by Maggie, Yuri and Emrick. it was by far her favourite part of the trip!

Maggie and Yuri took amazing care of our daughter, coaching her on the trapeze and teaching her cool tricks and moves. Our daughter insisted on attending this activity every single day of our trip!

Maggie and Yuri were absolutely incredible in the evening circus shows and the duo with Emrick was spectacular and very entertaining.
