An incredible vacation!
5/5 • 06/03/2025My entire vacation was incredible! Upon arrival at ClubMed, Yves Junior's warm reception was outstanding and he escorted me to my suite at Zen Oasis. Junior,Sebastianne,Gaetan and Pascaline made sure my stay in Zen to be perfect. THE BEST area to stay for adults! Best bartenders with Gustavo's delicious treats from the kitchen. My room attendant was fantastic. Thank you Rose. My favorite restaurant was Indigo and chef Antonio's creations were amazing. Great entertainment and the G.O. team treated me as family. Thank you Yanet, Manon and William from reception, Ila with ClubMed Kids, all servers from Indigo and Hispanola,Mathieu from Sports and the entire security and groundskeepers that would help me with my daily Spanish vocabulary. Much love to Meaghan (Events Manager). We've known each other for years through ClubMed and it's always wonderful to spend time with her! ClubMed is EVERYTHING!

Another Great Club Med Experience!
5/5 • 04/03/2025Just back from a great trip to Club Med Punta Cana! We had not been to this particular Club Med location before, and it definitely was a 5 star experience. Abdel, as Chief of Village and his whole team have created a wonderful ambience, where there is an abundance of activities, sports, leisure and entertainment! Although renovation/construction was mentioned when we first booked the trip is was never an issue, distraction or interruption to a wonderful vacation! There are always special staff who make a trip feel very personal at Club Med - can't help but mention Meaghan, Mathieu, Nico, Lauranne and Nella - for their attentiveness and efforts to make this a great trip. They focus on the GM experience ensuring your needs are met!! Romain, as leisure manager, brings so much spirit and energy to the resort! Many thanks to Pascaline, who made the Zen Oasis experience truly special. Virginie and all the Indigo team, thank you!!!! You went out of your way to provide an amazing dinner and dining experience we will never forget. I hope if you visit CM Punta Cana you get to meet Vero, Tony, and You-You, they are all so friendly and personable, and always available to help! We will definitely be heading back!

4/5 • 04/03/2025Not very ‘handicapped’ friendly. Had problem on arrival with transport to hotel; and had to change rooms because I requested accessible room, but was given second floor with little hot water and broken fixture faucet and shower
