A very special mention with thanks to the extremely professional and talented events manager Shelly, who organises the most fabulous events to please her guests.
Bravo to Jeremie as well who is heading the flying trapeze and circus. A complete joy to see his shows.

5/5 • 08/03/2025Perfect time for the family. Watersports activity is great, especially Tawan, Ashly and the whole Snorkeling Team. Great Job and very accommodating.
Amazing evening party by the pool. All the staffs are very hospitable and they will let you feel at home. Kudos to F&B Team as well as they prepare all the food everyday.

An Amazing weekend Gateway
5/5 • 06/03/2025It was an amazing weekend escape! The property itself offered so much excitement with plenty of sports facilities, allowing us to compete with other guests. The hotel was exceptionally clean, convenient, and provided a wide variety of buffet options. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Rian, who was highly engaging and always ready to assist us whenever possible. We had a great time and so much fun — definitely a memorable experience

4/5 • 03/03/2025I felt Leah at reception was reprimanding me as if I was someone lesser for "not being able to wait" when it was I who was cut in line after waiting, and it was a problem concerning my daughter. (I wasn't even asking for HER help). I was never spoken to like that at any resorts around the world, not even cheap ones. Maybe it's because I was Asian or she really likes teaching 'ill-mannered' guests how to behave, it was a very disturbing experience and I did go up to her addressing my feelings which she did apologize, but I don't think she would've, had I not went up to her.
Other GOs were wonderful, sweet and kind which covered up for the uncomfortable feelings I had. Thank you Vicky, Jenna, Deborah, Kevin, Akashi, Tawan, Akan, ALL mini club teachers. Had it been not for the incident, thanks to the staff, it would've been the perfect getaway, once again at clubmed. Definitely recommending and reserving my next trip with you again.
