Peisey-Vallandry France

Our family had a great week at Clubmed, our third different location in the Alps. This is the most family (i.e., kids-friendly) Clubmed so if you do not have kids or have older kids, better to choose another. For us, the food, service, accommodations and activities were great and the shows by the staff were well done! The manager, Houcem, is one of a kind and everywhere! We did not have fresh snow, but over 2000m the old snow was soft and we had a good 6 days of skiing. Look forward to our next Clubmed trip!

We have just come back from an incredible week! The hotel is amazing, so clean and the food is delicious, we never got bored of all the options. The professionalism of the staff in the hotel is excellent, always ready and willing to help. They seem to genuinely love working at the hotel and this shines through in their attitude, customer service and general can do attitude. Unfortunately I couldn’t ski too much with an injury but the spa, exercise classes, walks, and all the other activities meant that I was never bored. Feel very rested and can’t recommend these guys enough!

During our stay at Club Med Peisey-Vallandry in the French Alps, we had the pleasure of meeting Ines (also known as "Ines the Tall"), who works as a J.O. She is simply incredible! Ines is always smiling, kind, professional, and absolutely wonderful.

We bonded with her instantly, and our kids especially loved her. Even though they don’t speak French or English, she managed to communicate with them beautifully, making them feel comfortable and happy.

We highly recommend her to anyone visiting Club Med – she truly makes the experience even more special!
