Rey from Watersports – your energy, professionalism, and fun spirit brought so much life to the beachside activities. Whether it was guiding us through kayaking, paddleboarding, or just sharing a good laugh by the shore, your passion and warmth shone through. You made every moment by the water exciting and safe—thank you for making our holiday extra memorable!

Noor, the Meeting & Events organiser – thank you for your flawless coordination and welcoming presence. You ensured every detail was thoughtfully handled, and your calm, can-do attitude made everything feel seamless. Your work behind the scenes brought everything together perfectly.

Nanda (especially you who didnt forget us after 9 months) and Valen from Mini Club – thank you for the love, energy, and care you poured into every moment with the children. You created a fun, nurturing space where they could explore, laugh, and truly enjoy themselves. Our little ones came home beaming with stories, and it’s all because of your dedication and heart.

Together, the four of you made our stay feel personal, joyful, and full of heart. Thank you for going above and beyond—we’ll always remember you!

Good club med experience as usual. Must book their ferry and transport which help us to have no hassle in boarding. Once we arrived in the terminal, the key room had already ready for you. Great and clean private beach. Every night party and show were awesome, can feel GO put in effort in preparing it. Great job for mini club that take care of our children that let us have a worry free vacation.

After 13 years, I am back in Club Med Bintan and I am impressed with how well the place is upkept and maintained.

The service by the team of GO is as good as ever; full of energy and engaging.

We just returned from an unforgettable 5-day stay at Club Med Bintan to celebrate our son’s birthday, and we’re already thinking about our next trip back! As a family from Singapore, the short ferry ride made it incredibly convenient, yet the experience felt like a true escape.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Rita who carried a warm smile and delivered incredible hospitality. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery, a private beach, and breathtaking sea views that instantly put us in holiday mode.

Our son had the time of his life. The G.O. team at the Mini Club (Rere, Zan, Syasya, Angel, Garfield) was simply amazing—engaging, attentive, and full of energy. He tried archery, flying trapeze, and badminton. The highlight? The circus team led by Aki, guiding him to perform ‘catch’ on the trapeze on his birthday, a birthday gift from a management staff (Sentha), a surprise birthday cake and song from the G.Os during dinner—he was thrilled!

There was plenty for us parents to enjoy as well. The programme line up by the Sports team (Keven, Athena, Ali, Anne, Lina, Sandy, Ritchie) was very comprehensive - Aquafit at the pool and ball games at Sports Centre.
The meals are superbly curated for the healthy conscious, and simply delicious (especially the seafood night! - great work by the chef team led by executive chef Asim).
The fantastic shows and death-defying acrobatic acts by the circus team (Aki, Hendri, Beatriz, Ian and Sandy) in the evenings were breathtaking. We were truly able to unwind and reconnect as a family.

Special thanks to the G.O. team led by Chief Julien, who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Ling, Richard and Reye who have been there since we first visited in Dec 2022 and remembered us. They spent lots of time connecting with us throughout our stay despite their busy schedules.

We highly recommend Club Med Bintan to any family looking for a stress-free, all-inclusive holiday that offers both adventure for the kids and relaxation for the adults. Thank you, Club Med Bintan, for a magical birthday and holiday—we’ll definitely be back again!

The best escape ever! Well taken care of my all the GOs especially the Mini Club Bintan crew; Rere, Syasya, Yulia, Hayley, Kimi, Ananda, Angel, Zan, Garfield, Daniel, Dimas and Shae! The food, drinks and activities was excellent and we will definitely return or check out the other Club Meds!

The secluded beach front, nice walks and excellent massage service and water sports were all on point making the whole experience so memorable.
