We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Club Med, thanks to the hospitable team of GOs & GEs who certainly kept the mood in the resort all cheerful and welcoming! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

A special shout out to Rita who received us warmly on our first day. She explained clearly the essential information we needed to know and professionally addressed our queries as first timers to Club Med! Rita also graciously and efficiently coordinated my impromptu request for a spa visit and I appreciate her swift response and service.

We got hooked onto one of the songs that was played during the night party but could not identify the song title. We decided to try our luck to check with Rita, and even though we had already checked out of Club Med by this time, Rita still made the effort to ask around the team. I understand it can be challenging to find a song with little context/description so I did tell Rita it's alright to not be able to find the song title, but she was very determined to give me an answer - even suggesting that she can Shazam the song at the next night party! Alas the song title was eventually discovered through her (and the animation team's) efforts so we would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation to Rita for addressing perhaps one of the oddest guest requests ever even after we have checked out! :-)

What made the biggest impact to us is your staff and the amount of effort you all placed on the service, the vibe and all the energy on the activities and events you had. Everyone as in everyone inlcuding the cleaners always smiled and greeted us and talked to us. You can feel the positive energy of the staff carry all the guests up and make us feel upbeat. Its like you all took serving your guests to heart. Its because of this that made Club Med stand out to me and my husband. Big thank you to you all.

Special shout out to Sandy from my yoga, to Teddy who taught us poker, Shea from the bar thank you for spending time with us.

Rae Rae the singer and I think his name was James who sang every night, fantastic voice.

I was well taken care of from the moment I arrived at the ferry terminal until my return. Despite traveling alone, the G.Os—Rosie, Yui, Naka, and Garfield—made me feel welcomed. Their warmth, attentiveness, and engaging personalities provided great company throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. I also truly appreciated the little surprise they arranged.

Thanks for arranging a room with a super flying trapeze view for me. I can go out and play as soon as I push the door. It's amazing! During stays, I not only met old friends, but also made many new friends! Aki, Ally, Holly, Hendry, Sanndy, Mandy, Fenny, Rere, Few, Berta, Anjas, Azizul,and CDV JuJu!

I stayed for 3 nights. The service, staff performances and the food are great. The furniture in my room was a bit dated, but the basics are good. The activities are great as well. No time to get bored.

The spa is amazing with the natural sound of waves - loved it a lot!
