情有独钟的度假村
5/5 • 02/26/2025今年是第二次入住长白山Clubmed，因为上次留下了太多美好回忆！特别是G.O LEE, 孩子确定他今年冬天还在长白山Clubmed，就要求还在长白山度过自己的滑雪季。
餐厅是度假时光最重要的活动场所之一，LEE和他的团队总是精神饱满，随时准备服务，工作投入效率高，注重客人需求；菜品也非常丰富，食材新鲜，兼顾不同地域和年龄阶段；服务品质更是一流，餐厅经理佩戴口罩亲自给每一桌客人送食物，非常有礼貌且亲和力十足！
每日三餐都能见到G.O Gavin 的身影，孩子们叫他“勤劳的小蜜蜂”，他每次都会笑盈盈地和我们打招呼，推荐特色菜品，询问是否需要帮助，给我们带来了宾至如归的体验！
滑雪教练KINGO, ARLO，AMBER很专业耐心，KINGO教练主动和我们一起吃饭，为孩子如何安全有益的运动提供了很多建议。滑雪校长ANN每天都为我们加油打气！
多才多艺的G.O.SAVARNA姐姐带着小朋友们一起表演,关爱有加。
还有迷你俱乐部的meimei姐姐，和小朋友们一起做游戏，一起吃饭聊天。
村长也非常投入地参与演出，询问我们的入住体验。这里友好的氛围，轻松欢乐的风格，都值得打满分！为长白山CLUBMED 点赞！继续加油！我们还会回来的！

第一個碰到服務人員是Cathy幫我們報到。
櫃檯人員Eloise非常貼心對我們4人都非常照顧我很感謝👍。
2位行李大哥很辛苦也很賣力👍
餐廳每天都準備很好吃的餐點，及豐富的水果跟甜點。服務人員食物遞補快速，收盤收碗也好積極。晚餐還會有限定限量的特別料理及東北特色美食。
與我們一起主動共桌用餐的有Cathy丶滑雪教練Jerry丶Lynn丶護士cici 丶雪具大廳Leo 丶酒吧Eric。

酒吧的king丶及眼睛很美瘦瘦的男生（名牌看不到）丶Eric丶身材嬌小的小眼睛可愛女生⋯人都很好。
護士ci ci 對我受傷的侄女也細心關懷與呵護。
櫃檯Cathy及Ricky協助我淘寶退貨及高鐵訂票操作。（Cathy還幫我買了一個桶）
Ricky借我手機，也幫我解決行李轉送到另一酒店的問題（也謝謝1號擺渡車大哥🙏）。
也謝謝她為我爭取雪具未使用的折抵。
長白山渡假村許多服務人員都令我印象良好，Gavin,Daisy及餐廳裡高高瘦瘦戴眼鏡有抓頭髮天天笑容可掬的帥哥（多給我們好吃的鍋包肉😁）
滑雪教練Ivan丶Lynn指導有佳，小孩進步神速。
每次看到Ann，她永遠熱情招呼滿滿。下午15:30雪具大廳會準備飲料🥤及餐食，還有烤肉串。
最最感動也感謝的是村長janly，天天賣命主持晚會活動。
天天賣命讓大家都有賓至如歸的享受。
（她很負責任很有正能量，很辛苦嗓子都啞了）
整體而言，渡假村所有人為因素都很滿意也很感恩。🙏🙏
只有一個小小缺點，就是浴室蓮蓬頭掛太高，我們太矮拿不到。
浴室溝槽太淺，排水沒有很快速排空容易滿出讓外面小淹水。
若能增加洗衣設備，就更完美了！😁
這是第一次參加club med，我會努力推薦的～😁

非常棒的一次滑雪之旅
5/5 • 02/22/2025带小朋友选择cm绝对不会出错！长白山之旅非常开心，设施服务都超出预期。迷你俱乐部G.O.们都好热情好细心，雪场的教练们也超nice。小朋友从双板beginner的tiger升级到T2，我也从零基础解锁了单板换刃（虽然还不够丝滑）。非常棒的一次滑雪之旅，下个雪季见～

Yellow fever (this vaccination is mandatory if you arrive in China from an area where yellow fever is endemic).

Mosquitos can transmit certain viruses and parasitic diseases, so you are strongly advised to use tropical mosquito repellents for skin and clothing.
Risk of the most dangerous form of malaria (falciparum) means that serious prevention is necessary (chemoprophylaxis and mosquito repellents).
As a preventive measure against bird flu, we recommend you avoid visting bird markets and zoos. Tap water in China is not drinking water; we recommend you drink mineral water.
