In my experience of travelling with children on all inclusive holidays, it's rare to find that everything on arrival is perfect and exactly as expected. Our just finished trip to Club Med proved no exception. Not everything was perfect when we arrived (where is....) but and here is where the 4* review is so deserved it very quickly became perfect as a result of the actions of the Club Med tignes manager and his management team. I am so grateful for all the effort they went to in trying and succeeding to rectify my niggles and complaints. That is the mark of a great hotel, a great manager and most importantly a great management team. For that reason alone, I can whole heartedly heartedly recommend staying at the club med hotel in Tignes

The club is spacious, the team works hard to make everybody's stay as enjoyable as possible. This was our second time after a couple of weeks in the summer and our very positive opinion has not changed. Strongly recommend whether in the summer or winter.

It was our first time in ski with ClubMed. Overall a very good experience. The team was professional and friendly. the hotel itself is mostly clean and well maintained. The ski room and lockers are very convenient. The food was good and we appreciated the Gluten Free options in the dessert area.

To be improved:

• the cleanliness of carpets in public areas (spots).
• The room is hot at night without the possibility to control the temperature.
• Some of us were skying for the first time. Tignes is not the best site for beginners. Most of the lifts for beginners are located in Tignes Le Lac to which you need to take a bus. Also if you are not keeping up with the rhythm of the group of you you want to join in the middle of the week, there are no other options than taking very expensive private lessons.
• Food is good and with good variety, however the restaurant area is often noisy and busy.
