Punta Cana Dominican Republic

We were at Club Med Punta Cana the week of 6/1. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff was awesome! We especially appreciated getting to know Miguel and him welcoming our family every day. Chef Antonio at the Indigo restaurant was fabulous and made us some spectacular meals. Enjoyed Cynthia’s early morning stretch classes. Tennis/pickleball/volleyball was fun! Even though they are reconstructing the main area from the fire the staff really worked to keep the experience high. I appreciate the ingenuity to ensure the activities continued.

We would have rated it 5/5 and would happily go back tomorrow:) except for following feedback: Family member went kite surfing and paid for 3 hours. He was delayed several times, some due to weather but our perspective was they weren’t eager to help or make right. At the end he couldn’t finish the time he had paid for so we lost money. Finally the reality there is construction happening there but as mentioned staff really worked to keep it a great experience and they didn’t miss a beat.

We just spent 10 days at Club Med Punta Cana, and I have to say—the circus team made our entire vacation exceptional!

A heartfelt thank you to Akadii ( the manager) Frankelis, Michael, Brundo, Gabriella, Jose Manuel, Emmanuel, and Daniel. This team is professional, caring, and incredibly attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to create an experience that was not only fun but also safe and confidence-building.

My three kids, Jacob, Elza and Kayla absolutely loved every moment with the circus team. And the best part? I joined in too—and even did the catch! It was such an empowering and unforgettable experience to share with my children.

We’ve been to several Club Meds, and this is without a doubt the best circus team we’ve encountered. Their energy, skill, and genuine warmth made us feel welcomed and supported from the very first day.

Club Med never disappoints! From the Crazy Signs to the abundance of sports available , this is the place for you. The vibe is just incredible (thank you Youyou for making us party and have an amazing time) Brundo, you rock at trapeze! Duda and Guy were the 2 we met straight at the airport. This resort is huge so get ready to walk as everything is very dispersed. I’d clock 15-20k steps a day. The Zen oasis pool is serene and chill. The food never disappointed. As it was seaweed season, the ocean had too much of it floating around.

Cristel does it again! We have been so fortunate to have her on 3 of our club med vacations. Her attention to detail is what sets the exclusive collection apart and makes it so worth it. Her team went above and beyond taking care of us. Thank you again for making us feel at home once again!❤️

Our stay at Tiara Exclusive was truly special. The beach bungalows are lovely, the infinity pool is beautiful and the concierge team goes above and beyond. The bar team is so welcoming and fun. Christel made our trip special with many surprises and Yanet was super helpful. The bar team of Margeaux, Tito, Yeison and Rosibel made every day fun with their smiles and care. We would definitely go back to Punta Cana and the Tiara Exclusive location. It's a resort within a resort.
