The Stay with Club Med Lijiang in Spring Festival 2025 was indeed enjoyable and exceptional! And thank you Frank and other mini club staff for the trustworthy and caring activities your have kindly arranged for the little ones

What impressed me most is the professionalism demonstrated by Hailey and Adib. Under Hailey’s leadership, the ClubMed Lijiang G.O. Team have developed very good adherence to best practices and at the same time cares for local guests

For example, an afternoon I saw another guest wanted flexibility and sent their kids to flying Tranpeze session originally designed for adults (as this is their convenient slot). After client management first by Kun and then her consultation to Adib, the team lead of Flying Tranpeze, they turned down the request as they prioritised the safety protocols and client wellbeing, and at same time proved they care about client feelings by discussing and thinking about the technical specifics.

The team has done an excellent job, promoting the long term best practice and interests. Well done!

This resort is the 9th Clubmed I've chosen, and it's truly amazing. In the end, the kids didn't want to leave. The days with the G.O.s by our side are really unforgettable. The Village Chief, Hailly, greeted every guest with such enthusiasm that it made us feel right at home.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Club Med Lijiang with the whole family.

The resort is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere and enjoyable activities to keep you engaged. Although there were a few minor issues in the room that could use some attention, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

A special shoutout to GO Kun - She was incredibly dedicated, approachable, and always had a positive, pleasant personality. A true asset to the company.

I would definitely recommend Club Med Lijiang for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

My first experience with Club Med was unforgettable, and it has left me eager to explore more locations. This all-inclusive resort exceeded my expectations with its stunning atmosphere and breathtaking scenery, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway.

The variety of activities available kept everyone in my family entertained, and the warm, welcoming service made us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was the New Year’s event, which was wonderfully organized and left us with lasting memories.

The GOs were outstanding, always attentive and friendly, and their genuine care made our stay even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Edna and Hailey for their exceptional hospitality and for taking such good care of us.

Six days felt far too short to fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer. I am already looking forward to my next visit and discovering other Club Med destinations!

Club Med is completely different from a traditional five-star hotel. Our family truly had a relaxing trip, thanks to the involvement and enthusiasm of the team, especially the passion of the General Manager.
