La Pointe aux Canonniers Mauritius

Lovely trip for a multi generational family. Tristan, Annabelle and Ashwin all looked after us so well Pool area needs attention…very slippery when wet. Sadly the lady in the photo office was very rude and unhelpful. A very bad experience. But otherwise a good holiday and lots of fun for the family

We had a great time, the scenery is amazing and the sea is gorgeous. We also did a great excursion and were happy! The mini club was excellent especially Alex extraordinaire Leo, Shelly, Lauryne, Leana! Best GO ever, thanks so much! I recommend!!!

Last December, we went to Club Med Pointes aux Cannoniers to celebrate XMas and New Year. A special thanks to Melissa at the reception who offered an exceptional customer service. Every single person within the staff was very nice, friendly & very professional. The beach is beautiful, public which means you can take long walks. The only thing we didn't like is that locals would come at night fishing. I reassure you there was security but still they would be noisy and would leave their garbage. The Club was very clean everywhere. We love animals and so having the company of all those beautiful dogs made our trip even more special; thank you for not kicking them out as all dogs were very friendly and safe. Special thanks to everyone in the kitchen specially the Chef as they all worked so much. Very good food but what was missing were the labels that we usually see at all other ClubMeds specially stating for allergies. The Kitchen Chef would personally tell us what we could eat but just missing those labels.
All sports were great specially the waterski.
Kids Club was exceptional, well organized and very clean.
The point I was the most disappointed was the fact we were not welcomed like the usual welcome at ClubMed. We got to meet the Chef du village only on the 4th day of our trip therefore I find the Club Med was missing that ADN.

We had a wonderful time at Club Med Pointe Aux Canonniers! The all inclusive package is a must on this island! The variety of meals was amazing and always delicious. There is a friendly, fun vibe in the resort but there are also quiet spaces to just to relax and enjoy the view. As travellers that like to explore new places, we went on a few excursions ( and even a submarine!) that enriched our trip - be sure to research these before you go and add them into your budget.
