We went as a family of four with 2 young children (3 and 5). Both children absolutely enjoyed their time in the Petit and Mini Club. There were so much to do and the GOs were so attentive and lovely. I cannot remember the names of all, but some I remembered are Anada, Ploy and Athena. Kudos to the Petit and Mini Club team for managing and looking after the children, I truly appreciate it.

In addition, there were other GOs who made us feel welcomed and valued. Special thanks to Sandy (who welcomed us upon arrival), Shea, Charmaine and Mandy. Charmaine and Mandy joined us for lunch and shared their lovely experience at the club. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely return again.

We had an amazing holiday and the staff were very attentive and made the stay very enjoyable. Special thanks to Asim and the kitchen team who met all of our dietary requirements. Nothing was an issue. Azizul and the restaurant staff were super friendly. Yum and the entertainment team made the evenings fun and the days were packed with activities. Chase, Mitch and the sports team also kept us busy. Thank you to all and we look forward to coming back.

Our second visit to Club Med Bintan was just as magical as the first, and certainly won't be our last. The stunning location and comfortable accommodations are wonderful, but it's the staff's dedication and warmth that truly make this place special.

We traveled with friends, seeking a rejuvenating holiday, and that's exactly what we experienced. While Club Med Bintan is perfect for families, it also offers an escape suitable for adults.
The nightly shows were spectacular, featuring incredible dancing, singing, and aerial acrobatics. The "Revival" show was a standout, filled with humor and entertainment for all.

Our room attendant delighted us daily with adorable towel animals and impeccable cleanliness. The bar staff, especially Lucky, Lia, and Joni, crafted our favorite cocktails and were always friendly and attentive.
The culinary team, both in the front of house and back of house, led by Azizul, impressed us with a diverse array of gourmet meals available from morning until night. We never went hungry and savored every bite.

A memorable moment was witnessing the staff's teamwork during a sudden thunderstorm. Everyone, from bar staff to trapeze artists, pitched in to swiftly relocate an outdoor dining setup, showcasing the resort's incredible spirit.

The Chief of Village (Hotel Manager) was omnipresent, ensuring everything ran smoothly and engaging with guests. His enthusiasm and humor during the shows added to the fun, and it was clear the staff admired him greatly.

Club Med Bintan is a gem that the brand can be proud of. If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, this resort is a fantastic choice.
