Bodrum Palmiye TURQUIA

We stayed at Club Med Bodrum, in August 2024, and whilst I have no complaints about the quality of the food, staff, facilities etc, which were all excellent, the abiding memory I have of our stay, is being confronted by two aggressive dogs, on the deserted beach, on our last day, when out for an early morning walk. The whole experience lasted 10mins and would have been a lot worse if there hadn't been any large stones to brandish at these out of control animals. My attempts to contact Club Med haven't been responded to, sadly. So go and enjoy this amazing resort, but just dont walk (far) on the beach, on your own, early in the morning!

Another excellent family stay in Bodrum!
Yanis, the best chef du village, made our vacation of a high quality. Our every request had been completed, Yanis and the GO team under his leadership created a great atmosphere in the Club. The restaurants, bars and people serving there were perfect, professionally organised water sports (a bid thank you to Selçuk and his team), excellent rooms, especially with as always a great care of Adil, the Room Division Manager.

My partner and I enjoyed a beautiful short getaway in Club Med Bodrum. Everything was perfect, starting from the beautiful location, to the excellent service at the bars and the restaurants, and the best Thai massage therapists. Everyone in the team is so kind and takes such great care of the guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay. And special thanks to the CDV Ouss, who did an amazing job and was present everywhere you looked.

Water sport:
Inattentiveness, not quality service, except for catamarans, but that many of my acquaintances shared that they do not get enough services about sailing too. I encountered aggressive and boorish behavior. Perhaps on allowing himself to behave so carelessly with guests, has a poor knowledge of customer service and quality communications. And perhaps impunity. I think the head of aquatics needs additional training to have someone explain what emotional intelligence is and the importance of the customer. I'm not sure it would make a difference, but maybe. And other customers would be happier.

Stunning location, beautiful sea, friendly atmosphere, great and professional staff, sumptuous, high quality, freshly cooked and beautify served food, various possibilities for sport.
