Overall wonderful first CM experience. Some confusion at check-in about the all-inclusive amenities, but they were quickly resolved. Buffet was quite good but would have liked to see a larger rotation of products. Most meals featured similar or the same items each day. GO staff generally bilingual, and if not, were happy to try using translators or seek other GO for support. Visiting in winter, there is a fair bit of walking from rooms to main building and that is all outside, without shuttles, and can be quite cold. Some rooms, particularly the Joyview Bar, were often kept at an uncomfortably low temperature. Would like to return during warmer months to experience more activities and a different atmosphere.

Two days before our scheduled stay, the Holiday from the hotel reception team reached out to us to sort out the check-in details, and to our surprise, they upgraded our room when we arrived. The room was awesome with a balcony that had a great view. We only spent a quick weekend there, but it was enough to make some solid friendships with the super friendly G.O team members. MiniClub Emily wasn't just great with the kids; she was super charming at the evening events, and we chatted and drank until late. Jason from the sports team took us hiking during the day and taught us dance moves at night, and we had a blast. The most surprising thing was when we asked the bartender if they had a 'Mexican Cousin' cocktail and it turned out that Alin, the bartender, was the one who invented it. Sometimes, fate is just that amazing.

There were so many other G.Os who made our trip special with their warmth and professionalism, like Martin who led the dances every night, Sprite who the kids loved, Steve who was so easy to talk to at the front desk, and of course, our cycling and tennis coaches.

He arranged for my friend's son to learn to ride a bike and stamped that very special event in the memory of all of us.
My children overcame barriers in the climbing activities and opened the blue mouth season, with delicious children's drinks patiently served at the bar.
Thanks to the hospitality, I had the unusual feeling of traveling, but with the warmth of home, as if everything around me was familiar.
I refrain from naming the G.Os and other team members because rigorously everyone was truly welcoming, making ClubMed a synonym of certainty, of a place with the desire to make people happy.
