Deposit
• Deposit amount per ticket is 20% of fare for all cabins.
• Group deposit is due 7 calendar days upon confirmation. The Group booking will be cancelled if full
deposit is not received by the date.
• Deposits for Group bookings are non-refundable.
• The deposit will be credited towards final payment subject to a minimum of 80% materialization rate of the seats held at time of deposit stage.
• If the group reduces below materialisation rate of 80%, the deposit amount will be adjusted
accordingly and the difference will be forfeited.
• A minimum of 90% materialization rate is required for groups traveling during peak season, agents will be notified if the dates fall into peak season.
Minimum Group Size
• Minimum group size is 10 per booking ID
Name Change
• Name correction request will be free of charge as long as it’s the same person and meeting the criteria and before ticketing
• If not the same person, a change fee of USD70 per transaction is charged for a complete name
change.
a) Complete passenger name change is subject to a maximum of 10% of group size.
b) If complete passenger name changes exceed 10%, booking will have to be cancelled and
rebooked as a new group, deposit and full payment for original booking are non-refundable
(except taxes).
Rebooking
• Rebooking permitted after ticket has been issued, seat is subject to system evaluation (fare and tax
differences apply), plus rebooking fee USD70 per transaction per PNR.
Split Booking
• Split is allowed at AUD 50 per person for inbound & AUD100 per person for outbound within ticket
validity (rebooking fee USD70 per transaction per PNR also applies), seat is subject to system
evaluation (fare may change).
Cancellation after ticketing
• All tickets are non-refundable excluding unused taxes.
No show • If a passenger no shows on any CX flight, the ticket is non-refundable and seats will not be reinstated, only unused taxes will be refunded.
• A service fee of USD70 will be charged for processing tax refund.
Seating
.• Groups are pre-seated together. No individual seats preferences will be allocated.
Ticket validity
• As advised in the fare quote.
Check-in baggage
• Economy class : 1pc x 23kg
• Premium Economy class : 2pcs x 23kg
• Business Class : 2pcs x 32kg
Frequent Flyer Points (FFP)
• Asia Miles or oneworld FFP cannot be accrued for Groups travelling in ‘G’ Economy subclass. All
other cabins: Asia Miles or oneworld FFP are awarded for First, Business and Premium Economy
Class group fares.
Child Count / Fare
• Child fare is applicable only up to 25% of group size.
