Bintan Island Indonesia

Kids had such a great time at Club Med Bintan, it was hard to say goodbye. Special thanks to Kids Club GOs Syasya and Rere who bonded with the kids. I'm amazed by how multi-talented they are! Really enjoyed the night shows too. We'll be back soon :)

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the amazing GO team who made our trip so enjoyable!

Special thanks to Liam from the restaurant team for always preparing soup noodles for my picky eater son at every meal – such a thoughtful gesture.

At the Mini Club, GO Zan did a fantastic job engaging all three of our kids, especially during the first day pool party and their daily activities. GO Syasya took great care of our youngest leading him on the morning activities.

The kids were beyond excited to reunite with GO Daniel, who had been their favorite GO in Cherating last year. Even though he wasn’t assigned to their age group this time, they lit up every time they saw him, shouting “apple apple!”. His presence alone brought them so much joy.

And we can’t forget GO Rey from the watersports team – the GO the kids bonded with the most in Bintan. He looked after them as they tried out new watersports and was always ready to listen to their stories and excitement, especially when they proudly showed him their beach treasures like hermit crabs and shells. Saying goodbye to him was one of the hardest parts of leaving!

The GO team has been fantastic! Lots of energy and very approachable. Garfield and Syasya left good impressions with my kid! Special call out to Syasya who made extra effort to connect with my son with special needs whenever she met him. She would come to him without fail whenever she saw him and made effort to engage with him. Thank you so much Syasya !!

This was my 2nd visit in almost 3 years to bintan clubmed. The energy and hospitality didn't change at all from all the staffs there. Food was awesome, activities was very good for the adults and kids! Although the rooms are a little old but it was still comfortable and clean.

Rere, Syasya, Yulia, Hayley, Kimi, Valencia, Ananda, Angel, Zan, Garfield, Danial, Dimas, Vera and many more from all the ground staff that made our holiday so much more enjoyable. Thank you again and hopefully we will be back again.

Highlight for the kids was the mini club! Syasya and Rere were wonderful with the kids. Kids absolutely loved these wonderful GOs and made it had to say goodbye! Everyone is looking forward to going back already, thanks for the great experience!
