It’s was my 2nd Club Med experience. Having great time in Club Med Bali from 8 June to 13 June 2025 for our annual family trip.

1st impression when we arrive the resort, the building, rooms and fatale quite old like the Club Med Cherating. However, after walk around the resort, I felt it wasn’t old, its was nostalgic. Personally felt that they were not old but firmly in harmony with nature.

We would like special thanks to following:

1. Chief of Village - Houcern for his little touches eveyday around the resort
2. Talented Entertainment Manager- Shelly who always organises fantastic shows at night
3. Hiroko-san at the reception was super friendly during our arrival and explain the facilities clearly.
4. Jul from Archery who patience taught my parent and nephew how to play Archery.
5. Victoria from Archery always helpful and nice when we in Archery area.
6. Viviene from Excursions have friendly sharing full of useful informations. Also chitchat with my parent who not understanding English well to let them understand the resort facilities well
7. Fabrics and Graham for the wild aqua gym
8. All wonderful teams from Bar, Restaurant, Sports, Reception, Rooms and etc

Big thank you for all of you who made our stay unforgettable. We will surely see you again ClubMed Bali!

Unable to fault any aspect of the resort. Most importantly, the children had a wonderful time. The staff were nothing short of amazing!

This was our first time at a Club Med resort and exceeded all expectations. Special mention has to go to Housem and his magnificent team. Housem leads by a great example of being approachable and involved and taking time and care to connect with the guests. You can feel the genuine joy throughout the resort from staff and guests. Nothing was too much trouble and everything from a guest perspective worked flawlessly, the whole team made our holiday perfect from start to finish. Special mentions alongside Housem, must go to Apple and Victor (reception) for making our pool side dinner so much fun by joining us and connecting with our family at every opportunity. The team eating with the guests is a wonderful touch. Potential changes would be add variety in children's food. More menu options at The Deck alongside better and warmer red wine (understand difficulty). Would always chose a la carte normally but when The Aguna was so amazing, it didn't matter. Best buffet
ever been to.

Club Med Bali is a great place for family, a place filled with fun for both adults and children.

The GO are very engaging and energetic. My 3 kids enjoyed a lot with their company. Thanks to all the GOs. You guys are amazing.

There is also a great variety of food provided during 4 days 3 nights stay. Thanks for the scrumptious food!

Beautiful Bali with top notch staff. The Balinese people are the most friendliest you could ever wish to meet. The staff at this hotel make your stay they go above and beyond for their guests. Houcem is the Chief of the Village he will greet you every day in the main Agune restaurant along with all his other restaurant staff, he is an amazing Chief. He even came to the Zen pool every day to check on his guests. When we were leaving he made a point of stopping in the lobby to say goodbye.

This was our first time visiting Asia and this hotel did not disappoint. The food is five star, there is an Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Western, Italian sections - so there is something for everybody and it is all delicious. Perez one of the Chefs came to talk to us every day to check on the food he was super friendly. Ayu the server in the quiet restaurant was amazing to us the whole ten days we were there, she could not do enough for us (what a lovely lady).

We have to say though hands down our favourite staff member was Youssef the Sports Manager, he came to sit with us every night in the main bar before we went for dinner. He has excellent English and was so informative about all the programs. My husband and I hope that one day he will also be a Chief of one of the Villages. He is so genuine and treats all the guests and staff with the utmost respect. We really enjoyed talking to him and hope to meet him again.

We would also like to thank other staff members for making our stay memorable - Naagar (from Egypt), stopped to talk to us every day and made our dinner reservation in the a la carte for us. Ahmed the Food and Beverage Manager, Anto our Room Attendant was amazing, Tawan, Miaou, Suma , Ashley on the Sports Team were also great to us. My husband would like to say a special thanks to the two Golf Pros Ujaang and Oka who he had a golf lesson with every day. Lee the Tennis and Paddle Coach was super friendly, he even joined us for dinner twice. We hope to meet him again also. Suci the Spa Manager was lovely. Venus and Angeline on the Reception were super helpful to us also. We could not stay enough about all the staff members at this hotel - kudos to the management team for having such great staff. It is definitely the best Club Med team we have seen to date.

The property itself is beautiful. The Zen pool is so peaceful and beautiful.

There is everything you need in your room even a dehumidifier, four bottles of water every day, shampoo, body wash, body lotion and conditioner so need to bring any of these items.

We hope to return soon.
