The scope​

• Applicable from 5 days before arrival at the Resort and throughout the stay except on Sundays​
• Applicable to all GMs (all statuses, nationalities, ages)​

Activation conditions​

• Activable upon request by the GM​
• As soon as 50% of the number of ski lifts in operation are closed due to lack of snow, for at least 2 consecutive days​

- Subject to availability in another EAF Mountain Resort on the same dates and for the same duration of stay.​

• If the new stay is more expensive: no additional charge to pay.​

• If the new stay is cheaper: the difference will be refunded by voucher.​

• The same accommodation category is not guaranteed, and upgrades may be an additional cost​

• The same à la carte services will be replicated for the new stay, subject to availability. If not: refund by voucher.​

• In case of a Resort change during the stay: the transfer cost is the responsibility of the GM.​
